Hey, I’m not from Delhi, and the thing that confuses me most about the DSE site is that it seems to mention everywhere that you have to be an honours student, whereas I am not one. How much of a problem is this?

MIB is not part of DSE. Dept of Commerce only shares DSE campus but is not part of it. If you want to pursue Masters in Business then you should go for an MBA and if economics, you can consider various options discussed on the website.

Syllabus for IGIDR and DSE is very different. I hope you are aware of that. I am afraid I am not aware of any other books. You should start with Mankiw, Principles of Economics for the basics and as you go upward, you won’t find the other books difficult to understand. There is no choice in IGIDR exam.

and one more thing i forget to ask,as according to my qualification(B.com) for which of the colleges I am eligible..as i guess i am not fit for ISI..so kindly give me a list of colleges that makes Bcom graduates eligible fr M.A. in economics..
